Kristin has extensive experience in litigation involving products liability, construction, and commercial contract disputes. She is involved in every stage of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial. Kristin has represented both small businesses and large corporations in a range of industries, including telecommunications, consumer products, construction, commercial landscaping, and jan-san.
Prior to joining Stanton | Barton LLC, Kristin worked as an associate at a boutique St. Louis firm where her practice focused on resolving contract disputes in complex commercial litigation. She also worked at a mid-sized defense firm in Portland, Oregon where she practiced primarily in the areas of construction litigation, product liability litigation, personal injury litigation, and employment litigation. She has successfully represented clients in Missouri, Oregon, and the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
In her spare time, Kristin enjoys spending time outside on the archery and driving ranges and tending her small permaculture homestead with her husband and rescue dogs.
