Lauren Bean Secures a Complete Dismissal of All Claims Against Our Client After a Contested Evidentiary Hearing

Stanton | Barton is proud to share that associate Lauren Bean recently secured a significant win for her client, a vehicle manufacturer, in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County.

The plaintiff filed suit against our client, the manufacturer, bringing claims under Missouri Lemon Law and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Through an early and careful review of the claim file, Lauren identified the existence of a pre-suit settlement agreement her client had reached with the plaintiff more than a year before suit was filed. After a contested evidentiary hearing, the Court granted our Motion to Enforce Settlement and dismissed all claims against our client with prejudice.
