Some people find their niche in the legal industry. Carli decided to explore just about every corner of it.

Since joining Stanton | Barton in July 2019, Carli has worn quite a few hats, progressing from Legal Assistant to Paralegal, Assistant Office Administrator, and ultimately Office Manager. Seven years and four roles later, she's developed a firsthand understanding of both the legal work happening behind the scenes and the business operations that make it all possible.

Today, Carli oversees the firm's day-to-day operations, including human resources, financial administration, technology, and everything in between. Her experience on both sides of the firm gives her a unique perspective, a practical approach to problem-solving, and a healthy appreciation for organized chaos. She's learned that keeping a law firm running smoothly requires equal parts organization, adaptability, humor, and knowing which fires actually need putting out.

Life outside the office isn't necessarily any quieter. Carli shares it with her two daughters, her partner, and a bulldog who has yet to develop any respect for authority. Between raising two very different personalities, tackling a seemingly endless list of home renovation projects, and keeping the household running, there's rarely a dull moment. Most of her free time is spent fixing something, cleaning up after someone, or wondering why she thought another project was a good idea.

Fortunately, she's gotten pretty good at managing things that don't always go according to plan.
