Summary Judgement Granted

Summary judgment was granted in favor of our client in a personal injury case arising from a 38 vehicle trucking accident in St. Louis City, Missouri. After seven separate personal injury lawsuits brought against the client were voluntarily dismissed, the eighth lawsuit resolved when the Court concluded the plaintiff’s decision to jump off a bridge in an effort to avoid being struck by other vehicles constituted an intervening and superceding cause that relieved the defendant from any legal obligation for allegedly causing plaintiff’s injuries.
