Erin is an Associate at Stanton Barton, primarily practicing in product liability, transportation, and personal injury litigation. She spent three years as a staff attorney for the Eighth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, writing proposed opinions in tort actions, breach-of-contract claims, civil rights actions, and more. Prior to that, she handled personal injury, property damage, and contract suits for a major insurer, serving as lead counsel in jury trials. She graduated magna cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law, and is licensed in Missouri and Illinois. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a communications expert at several Fortune 500 companies and as a news reporter. She has a master's degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband.
